MEMPHIS, TN -(WMC) – "Just days after Shelby County Commissioner Henri Brooks made seemingly racist comments at the commission meeting, her campaign manager is speaking out about what happened. Brooks' campaign manager is Memphis Mayor A C Wharton's wife, Ruby Wharton.
Ruby Wharton said she has yet to hear everything that was said, but that Brooks' comments were taken out of context." (Does the fact that she hasn't heard everything yet perhaps undermine what she is saying? Oh ye of Uninformed faith???)
Ummmmmmmmmm pray tell us .....(while we pretend that you being the campaign chair of Brooks for Juvenile Court Clerk has nothing at all to do with your bias) how could context explain this “You with the sheet, the white sheet on?”
